What started as a wedding adventure to make the best possible wine from scratch, has grown into the culmination of exclusive selection of Monsoon Wines. Our process starts from searching for the finest grapes born in the best of Sonoma Valley mountains and meadows. These were then handpicked, chosen, and processed by employment of finest fermentation methods inspired by the latest technology and equipment in the Bay Area. Creative processes of inventive extraction in smaller quantities enable us to care for every microliter of our wines. We pay attention to deep, natural taste. Using time consuming yet most effective age-old natural methods with handpicked precision, we also maximize the age defying qualities of resveratrol found in our wines.

Our limited quantity Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel (14.5 % alcohol) combine the best of nature and science the wine valley of America has to offer. 2020 Cabernet sauvignon is our finest wine ever created with fruity blackberry, wild saffron and hard forest aromas. Picked right before warming seasons, wines are packed with rich aromas and juicy punch with full bodies and complex taste. Made in small batches and meticulously aged under Earth, this wine explodes on your tongue for every drop. Zinfandel on other hand is more balanced and filled with deep aromas.

Pair with natural foods. Wines with natural and complex taste enhance foods and meals that are least processed with minimal distracting flavors. Our wine brings out fruity and earthy flavors of foods, especially ones rich in subtle natural flavors. While enjoying before or after meals, slightly swirl your glass to release the wines aroma. Let the tip of the glass touch your lips and take a sip. Before swallowing, let the wine linger on your tongue longer than usual.

Resveratrol has slowed the growth of cancer in laboratory ts and has been linked to enormous antiaging effects in humans. We do final chromotography measurement checks on every batch of our wines to only choose the best ones.
