Planet earth has been forming since millions of years, creating variable conditions for growth of various kinds of produce, herbs, spices and other ingredients and plants that make our life possible. Over the long time that is even hard to imagine,  each plant found itself the best locations to grow based on it is own preferences in terms of a soil type, temperature, amount of sunshine, water and other factors.   In modern world, people tend to believe to be more powerful than nature itself and bring and grow plants in conditions that arent fully satisfying. We believe there is a reason it took at least hundreds or thousands of years for an ingredient to become staple in each culture.
